Ingredients:
1 can roughly chopped pineapple (recommend Dole)
1/3 red onion (you can use sweet white)
1 tomato, medium
1 jalapeno, seeded & diced
1 handful of parsley chopped (fresh)
1 handful of cilantro chopped (fresh)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients
Let set over night for better taste
