Beat\u00a0in egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and 1-1\/2\u00a0teaspoons spice mixture. Gradually add to creamed mixture\u00a0alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.<\/li>\n<li>Fill paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for\u00a024-28 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes\u00a0out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire\u00a0racks to cool completely.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, beat butter until fluffy; beat in the confectioners&#8217;\u00a0sugar, vanilla and remaining spice mixture until smooth. Add enough\u00a0milk to reach desired consistency. Pipe frosting over cupcakes;\u00a0sprinkle with cinnamon.
