Ingredients
\n1\/2 cup chopped red onion
\n1\/2 cup mayonnaise
\n1\/4 cup sour cream
\n2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
\n1\/2 teaspoon pepper
\n1\/4 teaspoon salt
\n8 eggs, chopped
\n1 large cucumber, sliced
\n1 tablespoon dill weed
\n12 slices sourdough bread, toasted<\/p>\n
Directions
\nIn a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Add eggs; stir gently to combine. In another bowl, toss cucumber and dill. Spread
\negg salad over six slices of toast; top with cucumbers and remaining toast. Yield: 6 servings.<\/p>\n
