Add carrots. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until tender. Drain; remove from skillet. Set aside.<br \/>\nIn same skillet, cook remaining ingredients over low heat, stirring frequently, until bubbly. Stir in carrots.
