I can&#8217;t seem to get enough. I could really make a meal out of just these<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><br \/>\n16 wonton wrappers<br \/>\n4 oz lump crab meat<br \/>\n3 oz cream cheese, softened<br \/>\n1 scallion, white part, finely diced<br \/>\n1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger<br \/>\n3\/4 teaspoon soy sauce<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><br \/>\nPreheat over to 350 degree and place rack in middle.<br \/>\nSpray mini muffin tin with oil.<br \/>\nGently press the wonton wrappers into tins, making sure bottoms and sides are flish with tin; let edges extend out of cups. Lightly spray wrappers with oil and bake until lightly browned, 6 to 9 minutes<br \/>\nCombine crabmeat, cream cheese, scallion, whites, ginger, and soy sauce in bowl. Using small spoon fill each cup with 2 teaspoons filling.<br \/>\nBake until filling is heated through, 6 to 8 minutes, Sprinkly with scallion green parts finely diced.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I love these things.
