{"id":567,"date":"2013-10-31T11:29:18","date_gmt":"2013-10-31T17:29:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/deanasimmons.wordpress.com\/?p=567"},"modified":"2013-10-31T11:29:18","modified_gmt":"2013-10-31T17:29:18","slug":"grown-up-mac-cheese","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/southernladycooking.com\/?p=567","title":{"rendered":"Grown up Mac &#038; Cheese"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni (or rotoni)<br \/>\n3 tbsp butter<br \/>\n3 tbsp flour<br \/>\n1 cup milk<br \/>\n8 oz Velveeta cheese<br \/>\n1 pkg Johnsville Beddar with cheddar links<br \/>\nOlive Oil<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cook pasta according to box directions<\/li>\n<li>Cut links in half and 1\/4 inch width<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in a pan with medium high heat, add sausage to the pan and brown<\/li>\n<li>After pastas is done drain pasta, in the pasta pan melt butter over medium heat.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in flour until smooth; gradually whisk in milk.<\/li>\n<li>Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
