Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

1 lb ground beef
\n1 pkg taco seasoning
\n1 tub (10 oz) Philadelphia Santa Fa Blend Cooking Creme
\n4 cups Colby Jack or Taco Cheese blend
\n1 pkg tortilla cips
\n1 medium tomato diced
\n2 cups shredded lettuce
\nSour cream
\nSalsa<\/p>\n

Directions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  1. On medium high heat, brown ground beef<\/li>\n
  2. Add taco seasoning and fix according to package directions<\/li>\n
  3. In microwave safe bowl combine cream cheese and Colby Jack together.<\/li>\n
  4. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir and continue in 30 second intervals until completely melted<\/li>\n
  5. Layer chips on a plate then spread meat and top with cheese mixture<\/li>\n
