Preheat a gas grill to medium-high. Combine hoisin sauce, chili-garlic sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar in a small bowl.<br \/>\n2. Brush pork all over with sauce. Place pork on grates. Cover and grill, turning several times with tongs, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of tenderloin registers 150\u00baF, 12 to 15 minutes total. Transfer pork to a plate, tent with foil and let rest at least 5 minutes. Use a sharp knife to slice.
