Ingredients:<\/p>\n

16 oz pkg wide egg noodles, uncooked
\n2 lbs ground beef
\n1 medium onion, chopped
\n10-3\/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
\n8 oz container sour cream
\nsalt and pepper to taste<\/p>\n

Directions:<\/p>\n

  1. Preheat oven to 350<\/li>\n
  2. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.<\/li>\n
  3. Brown beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat; drain.<\/li>\n
  4. Mix soup and sour cream into beef mixture; add noodles.<\/li>\n
  5. Season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n
  6. Spoon into a lightly greased 13″ x 9″ baking dish<\/li>\n
  7. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until heated through<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
