Although this was designed to be a complete meal it was more like a side dish to me so that is what I have done with it. It is good with another pork dish.<\/p>\n<p>1 medium onion, chopped<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic, minced<br \/>\n1 tablespoon butter<br \/>\n3 potatoes, diced<br \/>\nsalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\n2 14-1\/2 oz cans green beans, drained<br \/>\n1-1\/2 cup cooked ham, cubed<br \/>\n2 springs fresh rosemary, chopped<br \/>\n1 cup water<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350<\/li>\n<li>In a skillet over medium high heat, saute onion and garlic in butter; add potatoes, salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Cook until potatoes are crisp.<\/li>\n<li>Combine potato mixture, green beans, ham and rosemary. Drizzle water over all.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and bake for one hour or until potatoes are tender<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Serves 6<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There is nothing better than a fresh green bean and when you add the potatoes to it you have made my day.
