It is one of those that you can use a bunch of different ways, dip a carrot, put on baked potatoes or even on a salad.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>5 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and cubed<br \/>\n2 10-3\/4 oz cans cream of chicken soup<br \/>\n2 10-3\/4 oz cans cream of mushroom soup<br \/>\n2 10-3\/4 oz cams diced tomatoes with green chiles<br \/>\n1 tablespoon chili powder<br \/>\n2 teaspoons garlic salt<br \/>\n1 1\/3 cup water<br \/>\nsalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\n2 18 oz pkgs restaurant-style tortilla chips, divided<br \/>\n2 12 oz pkgs shredded cheddar cheese<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, \u00a0combine chicken and remaining ingredients except chips and cheese; mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Place chips in a single layer n the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 15&#8243; x 10&#8243; baking dish reserve any remaining chips.<\/li>\n<li>Spoon chicken mixture over hips.<\/li>\n<li>Cover with cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until bubbly<\/li>\n<li>Serve with remaining chips<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Serves 8 to 10<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I love ranch dressing.
