{"id":325,"date":"2013-07-16T12:01:20","date_gmt":"2013-07-16T18:01:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/deanasimmons.wordpress.com\/?p=325"},"modified":"2013-07-16T12:01:20","modified_gmt":"2013-07-16T18:01:20","slug":"mexican-lasagna","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/southernladycooking.com\/?p=325","title":{"rendered":"Mexican Lasagna"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>1 lb. ground beef<br \/>\n1-1\/4 oz. pkg taco seasoning<br \/>\n8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened and divided<br \/>\n1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided<br \/>\n8 oz can tomato sauce, divided<\/p>\n<p>Direction:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350 degree<\/li>\n<li>Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain.<\/li>\n<li>Add taco seasoning and cook according to package directions.<\/li>\n<li>Spread 2 tortillas with 1\/4 of the cream cheese and place cheese-side up in an ungreased 13&#8243; x 9&#8243; baking dish; spoon 1\/4 of the beef mixture over tortillas.<\/li>\n<li>Top with 1\/4 the tomato sauce.
