{"id":323,"date":"2013-07-01T11:56:29","date_gmt":"2013-07-01T17:56:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/deanasimmons.wordpress.com\/?p=323"},"modified":"2013-07-01T11:56:29","modified_gmt":"2013-07-01T17:56:29","slug":"baked-stuffed-tomatoes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/southernladycooking.com\/?p=323","title":{"rendered":"Baked Stuffed Tomatoes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>4 tomatoes<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup dry bread crumbs<br \/>\n2 teaspoon butter, melted<br \/>\n1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon dried basil<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon dried oregano<br \/>\n2 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped<br \/>\nsalt and pepper taste<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350<\/li>\n<li>Slice tops off tomatoes; set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Scoop out some of the pulp from tomatoes; discard.<\/li>\n<li>Blend together remaining ingredients.
