{"id":320,"date":"2013-11-28T11:17:22","date_gmt":"2013-11-28T17:17:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/deanasimmons.wordpress.com\/?p=320"},"modified":"2013-11-28T11:17:22","modified_gmt":"2013-11-28T17:17:22","slug":"breakfast-casserole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/southernladycooking.com\/?p=320","title":{"rendered":"Breakfast Casserole"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This is great for a brunch or a family get together<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 lb bacon<br \/>\n1\/2 cup onion, chopped<br \/>\n1 dozen eggs, beaten<br \/>\n1 cup milk<br \/>\n16 oz pkg frozen shredded hashbrowns, thawed<br \/>\n1-1\/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese<br \/>\n1 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n1\/2 teaspoon pepper<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Crumble and set aside, serving 2 tablespoons drippings.<\/li>\n<li>Saute onion in reserved drippings until tender, set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In bowl beat eggs and milk; stir in onion, bacon and remaining ingredients.
