{"id":20,"date":"2013-06-30T20:36:47","date_gmt":"2013-07-01T02:36:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/deanasimmons.wordpress.com\/?p=20"},"modified":"2013-06-30T20:36:47","modified_gmt":"2013-07-01T02:36:47","slug":"hamburger-noodle-casserole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/southernladycooking.com\/?p=20","title":{"rendered":"Hamburger Noodle Casserole"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>16 oz. pkg wide egg noodles, uncooked<br \/>\n1 3\/4 lbs lean ground beef<br \/>\n1 onion, chopped<br \/>\n1 green pepper, chopped<br \/>\n1 teaspoon salt<br \/>\n1 teaspoon pepper<br \/>\n26 oz can cream of mushroom soup<br \/>\n12 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain; set aside. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, brown beef with onion, green pepper, salt and pepper; drain.<\/li>\n<li>Combine beef mixture, noodles and soup. Pour into a greased 13&#8243; x 9&#8243; baking pan; top with cheese.<\/li>\n<li>Bake uncovered, at 325 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.<\/li>\n<li>Serves 6 to 8<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tip: When cooking the noodles make sure the are al dente.
