So this is another fast and great idea that will save money. <\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family:Calibri;font-size:11pt;margin:0;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#222222;font-size:12pt;margin:0;\">Ingredients:<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family:Calibri;font-size:11pt;margin:0;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#222222;font-size:12pt;margin:0;\">8 ounces linguine<\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#222222;font-size:12pt;margin:0;\">1 medium onion<\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#222222;font-size:12pt;margin:0;\">1 clove garlic<\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#222222;font-size:12pt;margin:0;\">1 (15-ounce) can black beans<\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#222222;font-size:12pt;margin:0;\">1 tablespoon vegetable oil<\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#222222;font-size:12pt;margin:0;\">2 1\/2 cups canned stewed tomatoes<\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#222222;font-size:12pt;margin:0;\">1\/2 cup picante sauce<\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#222222;font-size:12pt;margin:0;\">1 teaspoon chili powder<\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#222222;font-size:12pt;margin:0;\">1 teaspoon ground cumin<\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#222222;font-size:12pt;margin:0;\">1\/4 teaspoon dried oregano<\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#222222;font-size:12pt;margin:0;\">4 ounces finely shredded Colby Jack cheese blend<\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#222222;font-size:12pt;margin:0;\">1\/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-size:12pt;margin:0;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#222222;font-size:12pt;margin:0;\">Step-by-Step:<\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family:Calibri;font-size:11pt;margin:0;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#222222;font-size:12pt;margin:0;\">Cook pasta using package directions; drain. Rinse with cool water; drain again. Cover to keep warm.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#222222;font-size:12pt;margin:0;\">Chop onion coarsely. Mince garlic. Drain and rinse black beans.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#222222;font-size:12pt;margin:0;\">Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add onion and garlic and mix well. Saut\u00e9 until onion is tender.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#222222;font-size:12pt;margin:0;\">Add undrained tomatoes, picante sauce, black beans, chili powder, cumin and oregano and mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and cover.<\/div>\n<div style=\"color:#222222;font-size:12pt;margin:0;\">\ufeffSimmer the sauce, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes; remove cover. Increase heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring frequently, until of the desired consistency, about 5 minutes. Place hot cooked pasta on a serving platter. Spoon sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with Colby Jack.
