Combine undiluted soup, water, rice, 3\u20444 teaspoon dill and      the black pepper in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish; mix well.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color:#222222;margin-bottom:0;margin-top:0;vertical-align:middle;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\">Remove      skin from chicken pieces; discard skin.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color:#222222;margin-bottom:0;margin-top:0;vertical-align:middle;\"><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\">Arrange      chicken pieces on top of rice mixture. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
