Add broccoli\u037e cover and cook about 1 minute or just until crisp. Drain\u037e immediately place broccoli in ice water.<\/li>\n<li>In 12\u00adinch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and hazelnuts\u037e cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until nuts are lightly toasted.<\/li>\n<li>Drain broccoli. Stir broccoli, roasted peppers and salt into nut mixture.
