This is a traditional pasta salad recipe. I myself could eat this year round but it is even better on those hot summer nights.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup italian salad dressing
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
roma tomatoes
cucumbers
1 box rotini poasta
1 lb sharp provolone cheese
Directions:
Combine the mayo, italian dressing and seasoning until well blended
Cook pasta, drain and cool. Cut up cucumbers, tomatoes and cheese into bite size pieces. Combine all and chill for 1 hour before serving.
